Go from A to Z (YogA to Zumba) with Kim and a-to-z wellness. We start off with an All-Levels Yoga at 6:30pm and pull you back together from the ever-challenging Monday, then we morph into the party of Zumba at 7:30pm so you leave flying high (minus the stress and excess fat you walk in with!)
